Jeff Kozloff

Jeff Kozloff

Chief Executive Officer

Jeff is a serial healthcare entrepreneur with over 18 years of pharmaceutical experience. Before taking over as TrialScope CEO in 2018, Jeff served on the Company’s Board of Directors for more than two years.

Prior to TrialScope, Jeff was the founder of two successful healthcare technology companies, HeroLinx and Verilogue. HeroLinx is an online crowdsourcing platform for accelerating clinical trial awareness and patient recruiting.  Verilogue, which was acquired by Publicis (PUB:FP), is the global leader in the capture and linguistic analysis of physician-patient exam room dialogues.

Jeff also previously served on the Board of Directors for iContracts, a SaaS compliance and revenue management company, and he remains an active angel investor and advisor to a half-dozen software and analytics companies.

Jeff holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and is the co-author of a method and system patent for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Thomas Wicks

Chief Strategy Officer

Thomas has more than 17 years of experience with performance and content management solutions, specializing in applications for life sciences such as clinical trial disclosure, structured product labelling and submissions management and has been on the PharmaCM team since 2007.

Prior to the acquisition of PharmaCM by TrialScope, Thomas served as the General Manager of PharmaCM at Deloitte and as the Director of PharmaCM Product Management at Intrasphere Technologies. Before joining Intrasphere, Thomas worked in leadership, client-facing positions for Revelwood Inc. and Shepherd Systems, focused on performance management solutions.

Donna Grare

Chief Technology Officer

Donna brings over 20 years of technology leadership to TrialScope, with experience ranging from product development to consulting to large corporate systems. Donna is best known for her ability to grow companies with results delivered through leadership, passion, and a focus on cross-departmental alignment of company goals.

Prior to joining TrialScope, Donna served as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Product Management for ShoDogg, building a media industry data platform.  Before that, Donna was brought into PHD Virtual, where she brought the virtual backup provider to a successful acquisition. Earlier in her career, Donna spent 10 years in the IT consulting arena, where she brought her ability to learn quickly and communicate clearly to many industries, including pharmaceutical, finance, consumer products, and hospitality.  Donna began her career at A&T, where she started as a developer of large finance system and soon managed a team of highly skilled professionals whose purpose was to evaluate new technology and how it could be leveraged.

Donna’s breadth and depth of technology experience gives her a unique perspective on technology solutions at TrialScope.

David Laky

David Laky

Chief Customer Officer

Dave has more than 20 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry where he has focused on building successful client services organizations as well as developing process oriented operations. He has successfully contributed to the growth and expansion of several companies through a customer first focus.

Dave’s Life Sciences background includes roles such as Vice President and General Manager of ArisGlobal’s eClinical Business Unit as well as holding a senior level position at eResearchTechnologies, Inc., where he served as the General Manager & Senior Vice President of the eClinical Group.

Prior to joining TrialScope, Dave also worked for several early stage companies where he owned P&L responsibility as a business unit head as well as serving as the President & CEO for a publicly traded company. He has consistently contributed to the development of key areas of the business, including but not limited to, sales and marketing, professional services, product development, customer support, and operations.

Dave graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Accounting and a Minor in Economics.

Michael Curran

Chief Financial Officer

Mike has over 20 years of financial and operational experience with a proven track record of building and supporting high growth companies. Curran is committed to maximizing long-term value, ensuring a balanced portfolio of growth initiatives, and maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency.

Prior to joining TrialScope, Mike served as CFO of Bloomberg Professional Service, Bloomberg BNA, and Bloomberg Government during his five years with the company. He managed the financial strategy and operations of divisions with up to 3,500 employees and total revenue ranging from $20 million to over $6 billion. Curran joined Bloomberg/Geller in 2012 from RR Donnelley, where he was the Senior Vice President. He came to RR Donnelley through two acquisitions (both public and private) that, as acting CFO, he managed and successfully integrated. Prior to that, he was the Divisional CFO of Lexis Nexis. Previously, Curran co-founded an e-commerce apparel company where he oversaw finance and operations.

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Lehigh University and a MBA in finance from Fordham University. He is an active volunteer in a number of civic organizations.  Curran enjoys an active, holistic, and healthy lifestyle with his wife and three children.

Dan Lehman

Vice President of Business Development

Dan brings over sixteen years of sales and sales leadership experience to his role. As Vice President of Business Development, Dan is responsible for leading and growing the sales team while driving commercial activities, focusing on identifying and expanding new customer opportunities.

Prior to joining TrialScope, Dan led sales efforts for complex customer migrations at ViewPoint Construction Software. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.

Julie McGovern

Julie McGovern

Head of Marketing

Julie has 17 years’ experience in marketing management, focusing on the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Her background includes strategic marketing, brand identity, event strategy and project management.

Prior to joining TrialScope, Julie led the customer facing strategy for AmerisourceBergen while creating and executing innovating marketing strategies. Previously she led the global marketing team for Regulatory Information Management with PAREXEL where she focused on achieving continuous, improved business performance.
