TrialScope Leads the Conversation at CBI Publication and Clinical Trial Disclosure

JERSEY CITY, N.J., June 18, 2015

TrialScope, the industry-leading innovator of clinical trial transparency and compliance solutions, today announced that the team will be exhibiting at CBI’s Publication and Clinical Trial Disclosure Conference in Brussels, Belgium on June 23-24, 2015. Thomas Wicks, Chief Strategy Officer, will also be moderating a session entitled, “EudraCT Database Developments and Posting Timelines — Shared Experiences on Data Submission”.

As the July 21, 2015 deadline for reporting results for certain clinical trials on EudraCT approaches, TrialScope will also be promoting Convert, a free online conversion service that helps clinical trial sponsors to convert the results file from clincaltrials.gov to the format required for EudraCT.

Mike Forgash, CEO, TrialScope, commented, “The CBI Publication and Disclosure Conference comes at a time when many clinical trial sponsors are focusing on meeting the looming EudraCT deadline. This can mean a great deal of data entry and tedious QC work for teams that are responsible for preparing the data within a very tight deadline. Convert minimizes the time and resources required and reduces the very real compliance risk of missing the July 21st deadline. To date, 25 clinical trial sponsors have used Convert to speed this process and ensure compliance.”

Thomas Wicks, Chief Strategy Officer, noted, “The EudraCT deadline is only one month away. As we talk to delegates at the conference about our shared experiences and the importance of developing consistent, repeatable disclosure and reporting processes, we will continue to encourage them to leverage Convert as a simple, quick-hitting tool that will have a direct impact on compliance goals. We will also help these same teams benchmark their capabilities, identify gaps and develop action plans to address them through TrialScope’s Clinical Trial Disclosure Maturity Model.”
